Edit Excel File
You can edit excel file (only the sheet Hosts List) to add/delete/change target machines to be monitored
  1. Open the excel File (manually or using Edit File button(s) of MonitApp
  2. Select sheet Hosts List
  3. In column Ip or Hostname list your machines.
    You can use either a IP number, a DNS name or a WINS name to identify the machine
  4. If you have SNMP configured you can also specify the SNMP community
    With the SNMP community the MonitApp can get installed applications
  5. If the current user (in local machine) doesn't have admin privileges on target machines you must also provide a user and a encrypted password
    (Note: you must leave User and Encrypt Passw columns blank for local machine -- even if you use a IP number other than 127.0.0.1 or a name other than localhost)
  6. Save/Close the excel file
